Cancled my welcome offer

I cancled my welcom offer by mistake and I can’t seem to get my bonus money that I had in there. Can anyone help please

I don't think they help. I lost 50 or 100 spins (€5 or €10) because I accidentally clicked one when a message popped up,
  but they didn't accept my reasons about the faulty software.
There were 3 choices:
1, OK
2, I will play it later.
3, "No please".
Choice 3 shouldn't be there, because I don't think anyone on earth would intentionally refuse free spins, that they've worked hard enough for (HexaPros, Cash Games, Banzai, and Tournaments) and rightfully so.
They didn't help me and I didn't get any compensation.

there was a thread about that "no please" somewhere in the last months. 
I also find it useless/tricky, but I remember there was an explanation, that high rollers / addicted players who demanded it!

Because apparently free spins can trigger people who excluded themself from casino games 

The good thig is, if we don't understand that, then we obviously are not addicted, yet
