I don't think they help. I lost 50 or 100 spins (€5 or €10) because I accidentally clicked one when a message popped up,
but they didn't accept my reasons about the faulty software.
There were 3 choices:
1, OK
2, I will play it later.
3, "No please".
Choice 3 shouldn't be there, because I don't think anyone on earth would intentionally refuse free spins, that they've worked hard enough for (HexaPros, Cash Games, Banzai, and Tournaments) and rightfully so.
They didn't help me and I didn't get any compensation.
