My account is only showing a £10 bonus. I have been to the Bonus page in case it needs authorising but nothing is shown. When will I get my bonus? It was on your account and shown in your bonus balance, when you signed in earlier today. Unfortunately, you chose to cancel the offer by accepting another bonus today (there was a warning telling you the existing bonus and funds would be lost). I can not do anything from here, but you can try the live chat support to see if they can add it back as a goodwill. Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions.
