    Hi Stubbe, I don't see the logic of me cancelling a £40 bonus so I can get a £10 bonus. I will get in touch with live chat as you suggest.

    I signed up for the new customer offer yesterday and had a £40 bet which lost but I haven't had my promised £40 bonus. My account is only showing a £10 bonus. I have been to the Bonus page in case it needs authorising but nothing is shown. When will I get my bonus?
