Missing bonus points/ £5 bonus release

Hi,

So my problem is quite trivial in the general scheme of things, but still annoying lol.

I had to contact live chat yesterday morning as I had used 500 of my 545 bonus points to claim the £5 play through bonus. Only problem is although it ate my points, no £5 appeared in my balance. So now I have a lonely 45 bonus points and nothing else.

Live chat we’re unable to assist and were going to pass it to the relevant department to look into. 

Maybe I’m being impatient but don’t want to get forgotten about. Can anyone help pretty please?

^ Here you find the Playtrought Bonus and for every €5 you rake €1 will get released into your account!

Playthrough bonus is not something that is added straight to your balance, but is instead a bonus that releases increments of money to you as you pay rake.

Maybe one of our mods will cancel your bonus and return the bonus points for you once they see this

Thanks both. That’s totally confused me lol; I thought as it was up to claim as I had over 500 points it was mine.

If that’s the case then I’d rather have my points back
