    Hi, So my problem is quite trivial in the general scheme of things, but still annoying lol. I had to contact live chat yesterday morning as I had used 500 of my 545 bonus points to claim the £5 play through bonus. Only problem is although it ate my points, no £5 appeared in my balance. So now I have a lonely 45 bonus points and nothing else😂. Live chat we’re unable to assist and were going to pass it to the relevant department to look into. Maybe I’m being impatient but don’t want to get forgotten about. Can anyone help pretty please?
