Won a bet on horse racing on 26th June and it still hasn’t been paid?

Won a bet on the 12:15 Doncaster race 26th June on national anthem to win and I still haven't been paid, why is this?

Hey @Jake555,

To me it looks like you made the bet with Bonus money, and later on cancelled the bonus. The National Anthem wins were credited as normal, but once the bonus is cancelled if it has not been wagered, the winnings will be cancelled as well. Please let me know if this doesn't help and I'll try my best to clarify. :)

From what I understood, I used the bonus as I should have and then the winnings from said bonus should have been in cash, I did not cancel anything so still unsure
