Bet incorrectly settled

Hi,

in the football match Throttur Reykjavík - Haukar Hafnarfjördur my bet was incorrectly settled.

Already late in the game it was 0 - 2 for Haukar and then in the 80' Throttur scored a goal making it 1 - 2.

The 2 previous goals were made in minutes 67' and 77'.

After this 3th goal I placed a bet that between 60:00 and 89:59 no more then 3 goals would be made. (So under 3,5).

No more goal got scored during that period, so I was happy because I won with a high setting.

To my surprise I saw suddenly that I lost the bet, but that couldn't be.

I looked at my betting slip again and then I noticed this:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is suddenly standing "under 1.5" for that time period, but that is impossible because there were already 3 goals scored.

You can see that the game started at 21:15 and that I placed my bet at 22:55:27 after the 3th goal was scored. That was somewhere in the 80 minutes.

 

So how can there be standing "under 1.5"???

Can somebody take a look at this because this is totally not correct.

I see Customer Service has started the process and I have now looped myself into the communication. I'll keep my eyes peeled for an update.
