Be4 Posted October 23, 2017 Share Posted October 23, 2017 Hello , So I was playing the Mermaid's Diamond slot the other day. 0.40 eur stakes. I hit the Bonus round and then the slot crashed. When I reloaded the game , Bonus wasn't saved. I contacted Unibet support and got the reply.. That they removed my rounds ( which I played quite a few to get the Bonus ) and refunded me.. 60 damn Euro CENTS. What is this joke.. So , I wanted to ask , if there is any gambling institution which I could contact or something? I know it's small money but it's still money. Usually when that happens you got the bonus money on your account when you reload the game.In the rules of all games it says that errors cancels all bets and winnings but maybe @Fredrik-Unibet can look into it since you clearly should have won something? Even 40 cents would make more sense that you just got your stake back. I have asked a representative from the casino product team to investigate this further and look into the specifics. Once we know a bit more we can look at how to manage the situation. Thank you.For everyone else interested in how this was handled I can share that we identified that there was a technical error when @Be4 won the bonus round and could not play it. The stake was automatically refunded. However, missing out on a bonus round is truly annoying hence we compensated by crediting double the amount of the average bonus round win. misskrystal4 Posted October 30, 2019 Share Posted October 30, 2019 ive had my mini-slot crash at least 3 times when hitting the bonus- purrfect candy made too many enquiries to justify getting a solution, the chat support just kept telling me to hold on, for long periods of times, telling me they would have to escalate issue, to check back bia email, didnt happen. When i followed up and wasted more time i was informed that the original chat support agent hadnt handled it correctly but they too had to escalate the issue. I provided copied transactions, from my account page that specifically identified each bet & win and the time - stamp of the error and the charged spins that followed where i'd won. chat support emails me days later talkin about a whole differant game and informing me that there had been no bonus games awarded to me for a totally differant game. of course i hadnt won the bonus spins on the other game, i never played it. they also had zero info about a promo being promoted all over the poker site..questions i had about the unibet slot tickets i had in my account and some explanation and this agent had zero info about this promo. the only chat support ive had that was efficient was when having issues depositing. figures Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

First thing's first, you are owed an apologie, so sorry for the back and forth you had these couple of days for what seems to be a small amount of Free Spins. What I am able to do is add you a different set of spins of the same value and amount, however I am able to do that in Bingo where Purrfect Candy is located. I did it out of anger after informing the reps. i had delt with that if they couldnt be more efficiant i would express my end of this in the community when it seemed relevant. Im a bit confused by ur offer to fix my problem with my free spins tho, i see you have offered to apply a free spins award with no wagering required. Are you saying you 'cannot' or you 'can' apply the to 'purrfect candy'?? If you are asking for a differant game in the casino area of Unibet to have them applied to (I think that's what you were asking) I enjoy Book of dead, blood Suckers, stack of pearls & moon princess.
