If you're playing poker from mobile and you're experiencing any issues, I'd love to know about it here in this thread. Especially if you're experiencing freezes or having to sign in again after having used another app for just a few minutes, it'd be great if you could share your experience.

Information such as phone model, Android/iOS version, how often it happens and if you're typically experiencing issues on wifi or 3g/4g would be appreciated! If you haven't played from mobile for a while (so it's been a while since your edperienced the issue) it'd be good to know as well Smile

Here my device (know it is quite an old device, but I respect/love it as it was a gift):

(Note: it did not allow me to update system anymore ... so OS version 4.4.2 seems to be FINAL for my device)

And here it is once I try to log-in into application (using the latest & greatest):

(Note: fix is to quit the application and run it again (will get log-in to the lobby without entering credentials Thumbs Up))

My further note/observation: when using Lenovo A5500-F device (know it is even older one, but OS remains the same -> Android 4.4.2) - there is an additional issue that whenever hit Profile button, application exits immediatelly -> so I'm unable to access anything which is reachable through Profile (adding new avatar, using bonus points, getting history, changing challenges ...) Annoyed

 

Beside all of that I'm very confident customer of Unibet Smirk for Players by Players - keep up the good job Thumbs UpHeart

@Stubbe-Unibet  update as of today -> I'm able to log-in after first attempt (yesterday evening and also today's morning) Thumbs Up

But detect addional issue: whenever exits application, it ends up with error message saying, that application just stop working :-)

Keep up the good work, I'm satisfied and my big pleasure to play on Unibet last years !!! You awesome crowd @UNIBET@ guys Heart

I have a problem getting in sometime... long delay then when finally in it shows everything except toutnaments... I hit the button fot hex and it shows them... same with sit and go but tournaments never show. I have to close and reopen. I have also had the problem when it pops up the message about applicstion stopped working.

I have been unable to log in from my mobile for several weeks now - Sorry I can't be more specific

I have an Android Alcactel Pixie about 2 or 3years old.

I usually just get a balnk or almost blank screen (like the pic already posted)

I only try via Wi-Fi

I assumed it might be because I tried in public places and it is an 'adult' site or in Casinos who may prefer I play live

I do have a load of issue with my phone so have just assumed it's knackered.

Rebooting a phone works for me when it opens with that grey screen.
