Based on the onsite message visible it doesn't seem that it's going to take long, but apologies for the obvious inconvenience.     Regarding the promotion, the link you shared is indeed related to the promotion series, however it is not identical to the promotion you've played.
    After double checking the one you played I found that the minimum spin amount eligible for that part of the promotion was 0.20, not 0.10 as seen in the link above so under these circumstances I'm afraid that no ,payout is due for your account.     The security system requires players to use the withdrawal method that they used to deposit for withdrawals. So if you would deposit from a VISA card for example, we would require you to withdraw to the same account. Previously used accounts would not be taken into consideration as the deposit that generated the current winnings on the account was not used for this particular deposit. Please let us know if you need further clarification.
