Hi @Staffro, welcome to the Community :)

Indeed it seems that the Racing Client is undergoing maintenance at the moment and it was taken offline. Based on the onsite message visible it doesn't seem that it's going to take long, but apologies for the obvious inconvenience. The developers are on it and will get it back online as soon as the fixing is done.
