Some table start with an activated global sitout.This usually happens then you open 5-6 table.

What @Lionsvilla is suggesting with the term "Leagues" is to fence off the winning players from the losing players.Basically forcing winning players only to play against other winning players and the same for losing players. Still sounding attractive to you? I like the idea. League format is a technical issue.
