And your conclusion was the people who played at play-in games shouldn't get a ticket??? Even saying that you didn't even know yourself that there were both play-in and play-off games that weekend. Thats a bit ridiculous. I made this bet in the hopes of getting a ticket to this free roll. But yeah, thanks for looking into it @Andy-Unibet

Btw, when you click on NBA in the betting section at unibet, I doesnt say anything about whether a game is a play-off or play-in game. I think most people will have no clue about the difference, hence youre likely to get a lot of people betting on the wrong games, thinking they qualified for the betting freeroll.

Also placed a bet without getting a ticket! Or did I also also bet on a play-in instead of a play-off match? This is all very confusing for all us non-NBA experts, who just wanted to make a bet to join this bonus tournament 😄 I suggest next time you include play-in matches as well, if they happen around the same time 😉 (Ive never even heard of the definition before)

Hi! By mistake I used bonus points to buy 2x 50 Unibet Open tickets, when I wanted to buy 2x 50 Generic MTT tickets. Is it possible to change this? I did it a couple of days ago. I was thinking perhaps I could use them, but then I realised these are for events I can't even play if I qualify. Also, I question whether it's necessary to sell specific unibet open tickets in the bonus shop? Generic tickets should be preferred, especially when they cost exactly the same amount of bonus points.. Cheers

Hey @Stubbe-Unibet& @Seb-Unibet I really like the idea of additional community missions. Great idea! I do however think it's a good idea to at least make the goals somewhat achievable and related to a bit of skill/effort. Some comments on the examples you gave: First to get into a 25x HexaPro game (In over 700 games I haven't achieved this even once, so a pretty tough task :D) First to get a straight flush at a cash game table (I like this one, it's hard but doable) First to lose 5 times with AA preflop allin (any format, freerolls excluded) (hm, mixed feelings about this one, but it's ok I guess :p) First to win an MTT with +100 players (A good mission) First to manage losing 8 HexaPro games in a row (gamelab L2 screenshot) (Dont like it. It's super easy, but will basically cost the player 8€ to register, then just sit out of all the 8 hexapros. Just realised Im already on a losing streak of 7 in a row, so guess it would be an easy one for me :D) First to manage 8 1.5x HexaPro in a row (gamelab L2 screenshot) (hm, it's ok I guess) First to achieve a 30% "all-in luck" in gamelab (what? I don't get this one)

Yeah, the 2000€ christmas flip mysteriously had only a 1000€ prizepool, I suspect Santa may have taken the rest...

Both tickets had to be used at the same time(to get two chips instead of one in the flip tournament). Hence, if you registered when you had only 1 ticket, the 2nd ticket couldn't be used I think...
