I have tried to investigate the possible changes around the local gambling market started on the first of January and figured out there will be a big change for me. I'm pretty sure I will be forced to close my current account and open a new one in local currency if Unibet will gain the licence. The big question is will Unibet battle for the licence and will gain it at the end?

My big investigation (some minutes of searching) says there is no information about it. I have tried asking here, visiting Kindred homepage, surfed through 2 local forums and there isn't any official statement that Unibet got the licence, applied to the licence and will continue operating here after the 1st of January.

This means hard times will come after tomorrow. Government could easily cut down acces to Unibet for players from here from Monday, saying the curcumstances of operating are clear and if operator's don't follow the rules they should find their luck elsewhere. Operators won't offer alernative links to players (like gamblingoperator2.com) like they did in the past, because in the past it was not any option to legally operate here. This will be changing from tomorrow.

So, if access to Unibet will be cut for me, then I will lose some tickets to Supernova (worth less to €2) and some time till the licence become alive. But how long will it be?

If Unibet already made and apply for the licence I expect a month or so. If not then 1-3 months at least. Because nobody won't be illegal during the application period there is a big chance service will cut down for that period, like a goodwill gesture from the operators side. I don't know what was the reason, but Party/bwin suddenly closed the betting service for this country some days ago. Fun fact, that poker remained.

Obviously they are other things what will be change form the 1st of January. You can't make a deposit from cards they are out of the legislation and acceptance of the Local National Bank. This means you can't make a withdrawal too. So if you have a Revolut or Wise card or your foreign bank account are not on the list, you won't be able to use them for the local market's gambling sites.

Long story short: I except a grey zone for some time (hopefully this will be a short period), with a high chance of unable services and a must to convert my account's currency to local one. This means another verification process which could last from 2 weeks to month too. Shortcut: not using any card to deposit/or no deposit at all will shorten the way.

I wil see what will happen, and hope the best.

I have read this and wanted to link too.

Unfortunately those games are very unpredictable. . My conclusion is in those games is very difficult to predict the outcome. F.i. first half full of goals, second half every player wants to show their long shot skills and almost every action ends with a try from 30-35 metres. Result, no goal in the second half and so on.

On the other hand many times you can see players are talking to each other. Unfortunately you can't hear what is the conversion running about. To be fair most of times it's about nice play, nice shot or so, but they are in the same room, so everything could happen.

Duck and Math:

if 10*0.04 tickets would give me1*0.4 ticket and 5*0.4 tickets would grant me a 2.00 ticket, then

(24*0.04)+(3*0.4) tickets would be approximately equal to 1*2.00 ticket.

But reality says no.

Things I have learnt in this month:

-if your country will change the local currency you should close your account and open a new one if your account's currency is in the closing one

-if you are manuelly registered to tournament (like winning entrance) you won't get any  points after the tournament's fee.

Yes, I did and understood it. Btw I have won all my tickets via Beat the Goally (sorry, but I have forgotten the current name) promotion and unfortunately even if I have tried my best I couldn't use my prizes due to the lack of qualifers. That's the reason I have made a suggestion to make similar promotions better and give me a chance in the future to use my tickets. I still think that would be a very user friendly gest from our company.

I would ask you again tagging me if you answer to me, because that would ease finding your aswers(notifcaitons). Thank you.

It cost you nothing to obtain (other than a few clicks in penalty hero) and has 0 value so there is nothing to compensate.

 

 

 

 

No, unfortunately not that happened. Your qualifiers doesn't run every day, but I have won those tickets near the end of the promotions. So it wasn't enough qualifiers to register in. As I won a ticket I registered to the next qualifier, if there were a qualifier.

Lons story short: you gave out more tickets than qualifiers happened.

My suggestion is to solve this bug in the future.

Possible solutions:

1. run as many qualifiers as a possible ticket giveaway
2. modifiy the possible win near the end of the promotion. For instance skip the first reward if it wouldn't be enough qualifier.
3. register players directly to tournaments as a win (no tickets possible)
4. modify the reward system.

Hi,

I have a ticket, which will expire within hours. I have won this on the last day of the promotion. I already have had another ticket so I couldn't use the remaining one. I couldn't use my first ticket earlier, because it wasn't any other 500 Penalty Hero Flip tourney in the lobby. As I have had a ticket during the promotional period and a tourney appeared in the lobby i quickly registered.

I know this type of bug-tickets, generally, for freerolls expired without an option to use them- happened earlier too.

It would be great if you could solve this problem and offer something in cases like this in the future.

Yes, exactly. I was curious if there is a higher standard for players or if Unibet demands the >1% hurting standard then the company accepts that standard too or make excuses for itself. It seems it makes.

Btw I agree with Mr. Tool. There were avatars those very offensive in my language but who cares. Winning against them feels better to me.
