My reply means that Recorph is the only community mod at this time and that if you're looking for a prompt response to a query regarding a product other than poker the customer service team will be able to assist quicker than Recorph at present. The poker team monitor the poker boards as it's the most active section and the questions raised are often ones that 1st line CS will not know the answer to. -

Your original home game request only asks for it to occur weekly up until the 28th of May which is why no tournament appeared today. I've created a one off tournament for tonight, which will appear roughly three hours before start time, and reactivated the weekly one to run until the end of September.
