Hey @miziel ,

more than half year ago happened to me the same issue, reported to @ReCorpH , and asked help. Long story short it didn't worth that - dunno - 20 cents (waited more than 1 month for it...)

The main problem is that the answer was: the issue was forwarded to the provider (lagging game, wrong positioned freespin-ignore-button etc.). And here we go again, nothing happened in half year... It is okey, next time you will be more careful ;)

I am not sure if Live Chat is available for me... I got there once though from a direct link that was pasted in the chat during some Unibet streaming 🤣
I remember seeing it in the Help section long time ago, but it is not there anymore (at least on the polish version of the site, or I am blind 🆒 ).

Worth it or not, so far I won more then €20 from free spins :D I want them! 🤣

Is there any chance that the "spins disappear!" issue could be resolved? First of all, why there is an option to NOT USE free stuff 🤣
Anyway, gotta be more carefull clicking stuff ( even more then with buying Hexa tickets instead of regular mtt in the bonus shop 🤣)

@Andy-Unibet  I'm really sorry that it looks like I tried to deceive you!

It's my bad memory -  it happened in February. Here are two screenshots from my account history showing what happened. It could be seen that I played the 1st set of free spins on TNT Tumble and that was my last casino activity for the month. And always complete at least the monthly missions for the €3000 freeroll.

I could post my entire casino history from 1 Feb although it's quite lengthy, so it become evident that no other TNT Tumble spins were played.

I must be the dumbest dumber in Unibet universe, but happened to me just now again. Mission 2 completed, got that 10 spins to Temple Tumble, game was lagging again, I was extremly careful, not clicking like an idiot, aaaaaand here wo go again: NO, THANKS! LOL Clicked 3 times to the same area ("Touch to continue!"), not too fast, carefully, when the screen switched, the "NO, THANKS" option was already checked, spins gone....

@Andy-Unibet can you give me a helping hand please with some compensation?

And can somebody really care of this issue? Yes, I might buy a newer notebook...
