  1. You reporting a "suspicious hand" and what payment methods you have available on your account are completely unrelated.

Demanding nearly 10x the money you lost in the "suspicious hand" as a refund is the bit that caused some concerns from some departments which was why some checks needed to be done. We're a fully licensed and regulated site, we don't have superusers stealing customers money.

  2. Spoke to the payments team and they gave me the following:

Paypal was removed as an option for all customers from your country on May 4th. For you, it was in Feb because you were a naughty boy but I'll let you explain what you did there to everyone 🙂

Trustly chooses which banks it supports, not us. If your bank isn't showing there, it's because they removed it and you'll need to contact Trustly to find out why.

The option you used for your last deposit is still open to you.

None of the above is related to anything in this thread because the payments team don't read the forums.

Hey @Marion-Unibet, if you'd have AK and everybody around would play for the pizza, would you pay for it all?

Marion doesn't have access to our internal "Rushbie drunk post to sober post" converter yet so you'll need to translate this one manually 😄

I definitely not make any manual transfers in cash. I always want to & will abide by Unibet a terms & Conditions. I enjoy playing on Unibet too much to risk a ban or worse.

I think he was referring to transfers done out with the realms of Unibet, like Paypal or bank transfer, rather than chip dumping in client.

  5. I've actually handed in my notice now that that I know the truth. I can't work for a company that does all of the things described in this thread. I don't care if I've seen the certificates from multiple independent, 3rd party auditors and regulatory bodies confirming they've checked the shuffle and deal over samples of millions of hands to ensure it's completely random.. If Lee says it's all rigged, I believe him.

I'll be proudly walking out of the office wearing my tin foil hat shortly.

Similar to an early post I'm struggling to understand which events the €1500 package relates to and the dates. It is now too late to get to Malta so assuming Paris is the next stop, what dates does the package  cover for hotels etc? The Paris page only talks about qualifiers from unibet.fr

Paris is not included in the UDSO package options due to cost. All of the package options are in the final event description (although it does need updated to remove Roz and Malta now)

Similarly for the 21/5 Final to the Unibet Open - where and when is it held and what accomodation dates would the €2000 package cover?

The next Unibet Open stop has not been announced which is why there are no details. Press release is due for the middle of May.

    Room to improve:

    • Leaderboard calculation system was a mess, with top 17% getting points. This often made double bubble effect, which makes stalling near bubbles superior strategy. It is also annoying to count each time separately how many players get points. This could be improved by making all events to give points, but top XX results counted instead - 10 or 12 results would be good for series like this.
    • Satellite program was not adjusted for the series. This was mainly problem with 100€ events, since there were no extra satellites (either flip or regular) for Series events and schedule usually has only few 100€ events each week. Next time I would hope to see some mega satellites and flip satellites for 100€ events.
    • Main Event #23 didn't have PKO mentioned anywhere in the tournament name, so missed it. Better to put it next time clearly. I would also make main event regular event and change that #24 PKO instead.
    • I would love to have some more variety in the schedule. While Omaha Hi-Lo would be great, I guess software limitations are a problem. But there could be some variety in the blind levels and starting stacks too - like instead of regular "hyper" event which starts deep with 100bb or 200bb and has 3 minute blinds you could have event which starts with less chips (like 50bb) but has bit longer blinds, like 4 minutes. That way tournament wouldn't last (much) longer, but there would be bit more to play at the later stages of tournament.
    • It would be fun to have some stream or youtube videos from series done by Lucky Lappin or Dara during the series. Not necessarily each day, but maybe during Sundays at least?

    1. It'll take some server dev work to create something new as far as a leaderboard formula but we can look into it over the next few months. It is something that only really affects 1-2% of the players that play in a series so will not be a high priority.

    2. We didn't need extra qualifiers to meet the GTDs so there was no need to add more. Some additional qualifiers were added on the Saturday but other than that there really was no reason for extras and creating potential overlay when we don't need it. That would only be good for the overlay vultures 😉

    3. I dropped the ball on that one. There might have been a small possibility the name of the tournament, when PKO was included, would have been too long for the server to allow it and I removed it but it should have been there for consistancy.

    4. No tournament in the series started with 3 minute levels. We used every blind level from 4min to 9min and then the variable levels for the big events. Other than using some <100bb starting stack, I don't really see why we'd need to deviate from 100bb/200bb/300bb. A lot of the possible stacks between these just lead to a single level extra of play and would just be confusing when we have standardized naming for tournaments now.

    5. Up to the lads if they want to do that.

  8. For the millionth time, the cost, logistics and time of setting up and managing a store with physical items is just not feasible with the size of the poker team.

I know, I know... outsource it all to some 3rd party company. We have a brand team and they're, understandably, very precious about the brand assets and where those assets appear so everything we'd want to create would need to be approved by them. Then we have to deal a whole range of other departments to get things set up, have dev resources taken off client development to build it in the client, CS training, test merch sent for approval... and the list goes on.

It's not worth it. If you want Unibet merch, qualify for a Unibet Open 🙂

Both of the names are my last names, you can see that on how my authorised signature is

You have to appreciate that the name printed on a document, and a signature (which could be written by anyone if it's blank when they get their hands on it) hold different weights when it comes to verifying customers.

But its okey, i will send a picture of my passport where you can see that both of my last names👍🏽 now i know why Unibet is a biiig talk in norway these days. I did not believe it at first.

You shouldn't have any problems verifying your identity if the passport has both last names. Nobody is trying to keep your money but they have to ensure you are who you say you are to comply with numerous compliance and regulatory rules.
