Had an incredibly bipolar session today. In the first two hours everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. In the next two hours I turned to God mode. Whatever. ROI is 7,8% after 646 games.

So that formula does take into account winning the jackpot every once in a blue moon. With a probability of 1 in 100.000 you don´t have enough lifetime left to ever grind out a sufficient sample. I guess you could still be a winning player without ever winning the jackpot but I doubt it´s gonna be fun

I would advise against Hexapros. First of all, if you took jackpots into account for your 3,5% ROI then 25k games is just a fraction of the needed samplesize. Even if not the extra layer of variance is just insane. The extra rake doesn´t make it any better either. The low traffic on the regular SNGs is reason for concern though as well. I myself am probably looking to mix up HU and 5Max on the 25€s. In any case it´s not a gloomy situation at the moment

What is your plan if you lose all five buyins?

Sat on the tables today for half an hour wondering why the action wasn´t taking of just to realize that I was sitting the 25€s, not the intended 10€s...Just stupid However, the action on the 10€s broke down to <15 players shortly after, causing an early end to my session. Here is the last hand I played: Allin preflop Gonna hit the HU tables now

There are quite a few regs on the 10s but there are still lots of Recs as well. On the 25s it seems there is one big Rec and three solid players on every table, although I am sure some of the latter ones can be beaten as well. Hard to say though as I haven´t played many of them yet

I don´t understand Poker. Despite feeling like a sick heater todays session actually saw my ROI decrease a bit...Anyway, here are some results from the 10€s: Games played: 560 1st: 135 2nd: 111 3rd: 137 4th: 108 5th: 69 ROI: 7,7% I also played some 25€s. They still seem to be quite soft but don´t run too frequently. In any case I will finish 1000 games on the 10€s befor moving up

Don't worry. I dropped 30 BI in the first 500 games I played there just to go on a 60 BI heater in my last 150 games. The variance is silly but so is the general level of play

As I´ve been following a coule of blogs here with great interest I decided to create my own. About me: I am a 21-year old former Soldier from Germany, now living in Northwest Wales. I "went pro" last December. My main game is...chess, but as I am too weak to make money with it, here I am trying to make a living playing HU and 5 Max SNGs. I am playing the 10€ limit at the moment and am looking to move up once I hit a 1000 games sample in both variants.

The OP-Poker HU course is excellent and up to date. The grinderschool thing though...I don´t know. Watched the first video and the stuff is at least outdated, if it was ever good at all. If I were you I would take it with a grain of salt or just avoid it in the first place.

I would certainly watch if you were to stream 5 Man SNGs

It could well be a misclick, but it could just as well be a fraud. I don´t understand your mentality of "It can´t be proven so just let it go", especially as colluders will almost certainly leave a lot of traces

Why all the hate? If it was a genuine misclick I am more than happy to let it go, just seems like a very unfortunate time to hit the wrong button. As for your question, I have no idea. Still worth reporting though. It almost seems to me as if you were trying to wash something down.
