It is a relatively small issue but happens regularly. Like maybe twice per evening, not a menace either. 

So while playing poker I get the disconnected message on the client. And when I switch to browser to check my connection webpages load normally. And then some seconds later the poker client gains connection again. Usually if I'min a pot with money invested I get the connection back in time to act. But preflop hands get folded (I assume the time protection for disconnection is shorter if you have no money invested in the pot. 

I also see in tournaments that other players sometimes disconnect and then get back in time for the next action. So the issue might be widespread, or then they just have actual internet connection problems. I imagine the issue might either be on your side or then I lose connection for a very small amount of time due to my connection and the reconnection/handshaking time is just slower than on browser. But because my browser works while the unibet pöker client claims to be disconnected the problem isn't purely on my end. I know that my connection works while the disconnection continues but I don't know if my connection works when the problem starts (because I don't test the connection unless I get the error message). It is relatively harmless so I haven't filed a bug report before but it is persistent and happens on a regular basis.

Hello. I won a ticket to UK tour a while back. I thought to combine a nice holiday trip with poker. But then I won tickets to unibet open paris and one deep stack open and international poker open in ireland. So I just had so many events that I postponed the ticket. And then when the next even came I had 2 more unibet open tickets and one deepstack ticket so I had kind of given up on the ticket because I'm already travelling so much for unibet events. But now that the UK event has gone online I thought to ask if I can get an online ticket in exchange for that. 

I'm aware that if we go strictly by the terms and conditions I can't demand this, so I'm just asking nicely. If there was overlay on some UK event I'm completely happy that my money went to the price pool. But if it didn't I feel that it is more fair that the money doesn't go to Unibet. I feel that the rake belongs to Unibet and even an value of unused ticket belongs to players and not to the organizers. Anyways, it is Unibet's decision but I feel that it would be a fair decision if I would either get a ticket or the money would go to price pool (-rake obviously). But it isn't a huge deal either way I'll be a happy customer even if I  my request gets refused. 

And as a side note, I got an email from my deepstack open ticket and was happy to turn it into an online ticket and the online ticket hasn't appeared on my account yet. There is still plenty of time before the event but it was 9 days ago so I have a feeling it might have fallen through some cracks.

I was in the middle of 3 tourneys. The client also totally crashed (I had to kill the process to close it) while the server was down so even though I had the client open in the same room I didn't notice when the problem ceased due the client being stuck. So was out of 2 out of 3 tourneys when I got back. In the last one I had 5k chips left out of the opening stack of 8k (I think I had roughly the original stack when the problem started). 

So I'd like to get compensated for those 2 tourneys and for the 3k chips lost. One was deep space/ID 18343125), one where I lost some chips was leaderboard high (ID 18210350) the last one was UOS 50-tickets qualifier (ID18357570) 

Lost connection to unibet server in the middle of the tourneys a couple minutes ago. Every other webpage works fine. Now I'm trying to log in again and I'm getting an error message "unable to verify your location, access denied"

Now I managed to log back in the tourney tables start opening but they don't really open, they get stuck in the middle of it. Cant open any cash tables either but the servet at least claims that some are running so not sure if this is a serverwide issue or just targets a certain segment of users.

I think username might be for old users only. My account is 10+ years old. Not sure if new users receive one. 

@ReCorpH I was actually about to type a reply including in it that changing keyboard keyboard settings to US does not help. But then my girlfriend came home from work and I started cooking. But yeah, you guessed my keyboard setting right and I was also thinking it might be related. I was actually curious does it work for you.

I can type the @ sign into any other program and then copypaste it or use my username to log in but I can't type the @ sign into the poker client. Maybe the poker client is forcing some strange language setting for my keyboard but the problem has to be in the poker client as I can type the @ sign anywhere else normally. (And copypaste works). And it started after the latest patch. 

@Stubbe-Unibet It is a bit uncool that clicling on the promotion banner while playing poker kicks you our of the poker client and into the web poker client.  

If I open a new cash table and it says that waiting for a new cash table to open once there are x players and I open yet another table it claims that I'm getting seated once the current hand ends and nothing will happen no matter how long I wait. Seems to be very easy to reproduce so I won't bother with screeshots.

Haven't reveived my bonus points from having switched the package into online ticket. Got the online ticket like 5 days ago and the email stated that I should receive the bonus points within 72 hour. Not in a hurry, if you guys are just busy with the extra traffic and get to sorting these out later. 

I had a minor issue with free spins today and had to give 2 screenshots to the customer support. It is some hassle to open a software, take the screenshot then save it and upload the picture. It would be easier if you could just paste the screenshot directly into the customer service chat. As pasting screenshot into discord web client is possible I would imagine it is something that can easily be implimented along with a short instructions how to do it.  

I busted from supernova, I had a small stack so I was paying attention to pay jumps. The lobby claimed I was getting 169xx while the text after busting said 170xx. Just a 50 cent difference, I wouldn't have noticed if it hadn't by chance bumped the number above a round number threshold. @Stubbe-Unibet @ReCorpH 

Could just be that the record is kept in other currency than euro and after midnight there is a small change in exchange rate. But I would imagine that euro is the basic currency.

I'm very sure I bought the add-on first on the old table and was mildly surprised when the rebuy popped again (not that exceptional, because I didn't buy one in the old table) and more surprised when there was the option to buy the add-on. I closed the rebuy option and then there was still the add-on option which I clicked. I was busy with other tourneys so I didn't actually count the chips, I just noticed that I got chips added. And I play a lots of tourneys, so I'm aware of the rebuy trap. And what got my attention that I had the option to both buy rebuy and add-on after having bought one. So I'm pretty sure there is at least a graphics glitch with the rebuy being marked as add-on in such circumstances (Does the rebuy button even remain if you refuse the pop-up for rebuy and buy an add-on, I have no idea?)

Can you check from the backlog (I don't know is it possible) if I got the add-on first and then a re-buy or if I first got a re-buy or then add-on?. I imagine the first add-on press would have added the real add-on (or people would notice that they get an a rebuy instead of add-on when a table is getting broken) but some safety feature instead turned the second request for an add-on into a request for a re-buy. 

Or maybe that is the old bug you were referring to, it was just somewhat vague so I don't know if we were on the same page. 

@GothMoth I'm very sure that the add-on button reappears when this happens, even though clicking it apparently only gives a rebuy or then the first add-on button on the first table only gives a rebuy. 

@ReCorpH Weird, here is a screenshot after I bought it. Tried to add it to the original post but I think it added it to some weird album instead.

So, just before the add-on break my table broke down. I was the only one at my table waiting to be reassigned. Then I got the option to buy add-on. I bought it, then it moved me to the new table and the rebuy option popped up and I noticed that the addon button was on too. I got curious and tried to buy an additional addon and got it and it works. I guess the restriction is coded as one addon per table.

I have 1 supernova ticket expiring in 6 days one in 13 days and one 100e UOS ticket expiring in 8 and I need I ended up with more UOS tickets than I needed (even one from the flip tournament) and I have been using them, but it has lead to my regular supernova tickets being close to expiry. So would be nice to get 2 of those extended by a couple of weeks (or all three, though I plan to play the event this sunday).

@Stubbe-Unibet Still something wrong, I assume it is related. My balance shows 0 and I can't access the lobby of the specific tournament that is still running, the general tournament lobby opens well. And during the break I switched from client to mobile and the table didn't open even though I tried logging in with my laptop too. It only opened when the break was over resulting in the first hand getting folded. It was a fold anyways so no harm done.

So, the poker client kicked me out in the middle of tournaments and couldn't log back in due to some sitewide issues. After a while I got back in but had lost quite a lot of blinds I think, in one tourney I had 1.4 BB left. 

As the issue was sitewide, I assume lots of other people are in the same situation as me. So would be nice to know how the issue will be handled and that somebody will look into it. When there has been issues in the past Unibet has been one of the best at dealing with the issue fairly so I'm confident that there will be a fair solution. But I would like to get a confirmation that somebody is looking into it.

@Stubbe-Unibet Yesterday I was BB 2 hands in a row, It was the comet tourney when final table started. Not sure if it is supposed to be like that or not? In a live tourney you could end up twice in a row to BB when they randomize the seats at final table.
