    The payment methods are changed regularly in each market and it's not uncommon for sites to block certain ewallets on "high-risk markets". I'm not sure how to keep customers up-to-date with these changes. Considering they're somewhat frequent, at least in some markets, email or onsite message would be more of an annoyance, but if it's targeted at just the most relevant individuals (based on past transactions), it might work.
    Did you check with customer support if they could perhaps add the option back for you? There's nothing I can do here, unfortunately. Might want to consider Revolut, if they're in your country

    Welcome to the community @bastiancx. I'm really sorry to hear about this one! I'm honestly not 100% sure how this delay happened. The cash transactions are a separate workflow to the bonuses. A Jira (internal ticket) needs to be created, this one needs to be approved by two individuals and then it's set to "Pending Payout". The Jira was created the 15th of last month and within two hours it had been approved by both the relevant employees.ย Somehow, it ended up in the "Pending payout" status for a month, without anyone actioning it. This is of course unacceptable. I will follow up internally, as I'm unsure who's supposed to pay these.
    I can assure you that it would be paid out eventually, as the case status doesn't change unless someone actions it. There are unfortunately other related Jiras which are open, so I'm looking into those as well.
    As I'm one of few individuals with access to credit these - I handle the poker ones - I've done it now, so you don't have to wait further.
    I've also given you 10,000 poker bonus points (โ‚ฌ100), which you can use to buy poker tickets in the shop. Again, really sorry about the delay and how this has been handled on our end!

    Save the spins for later Use the spins now Decline the freespins The option exists as most freespins (outside of the ones you get from poker) will come with a wagering requirement and not everyone is interested in these - I personally decline all freespin offers that got any wagering tied to them.
    I understand it's frustrating if you missclicked, but we've had to put the rule in place that we don't offer to compensate in this case, as some people were starting to abuse it (as we used to credit bonuspoints when it happened and players preferred these to the freespins).ย
