    Hey @elSiluro. It's unfortunately not technically possible to remove the bonus, as it's in queue at the moment. Only once it becomes active can it be removed. I've made an exception this one time and refunded the points anyway

    Welcome to the community, @JordanMcCrae. I understand it can be stressful with the lack of info, so let me try and explain the situation. Your withdrawal triggered a standard account review. This is usually done within hours, and you will then be informed if any documents are needed. In this case, it was all good and the withdrawal was paid about 20 minutes ago. Congrats on the winnings 🙂

    Since we launched our own client years ago, the strategy has been to provide a level playing field with no huds etc. and everything has been designed with the recreational player in mind. 
    That being said, we are discussing adding anonymized hand history download, but there's no agreement on this project yet and I do not expect it to be introduced this year.

    I see why it might be confusing. Those terms are for the welcome offer specifically: they're about the exchange rate applied when calculating the welcome offer value (as it's shown in GBP but actual tickets etc. are in Euro). 
    The exchange rate does update so you'll see your account balance change every day, even if not using the account - that is as long as your account currency isn't in €

    Welcome to the community! Not sure exactly what you mean. XP can't be exchanged but is used to show progression. Bonus points can be used in the shop to buy tickets. As for you free tickets, I don't really know what the question is 🙂

    Due to the above, the bet does not qualify, sorry.
