Check_Norris
Hello, my girlfriend is going to open an account on unibet ... Questions ...She sometimes has the same IP as me is ok (we will not play the same tables)? Can I sponsor her or not? thank you in advance
Magicadil
I went through the Terms and Conditions & I found that one person can't have multiple accounts, but since you're different people it should be fine. Tell her to have documents ready because they'll definitely need to verify you're two different people.Hop on live chat and ask them just in case before she does decide to open account. I debateShould I smile like everything's good and pretend that life is greatOr should I let the world see the real me and not hide this painI tried to be like the rest of y'all, sorry I just can'tI'ma probably die this way
jonny2192
8.1.3 An Account Holder is only eligible for one bonus per Account which shall mean no more than one bonus per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).Refer a friend,8.4.2 Referrers are not permitted to refer a member of their family nor are they permitted to refer friends or colleagues from the same household or with whom they share a credit or debit card or e-payment account, IP address and/or computer device.Bear in mind certain of the poker games will not let 2 people from the same IP address play, I have heard more on this that I cant remember sure a mod will be along soon to clarify. You can exchange UO tickets again all is unicorns and rainbows in Unibet land.
VikingsAF
So what we can conclude from this is;Yes she can register, there is no problem... BUT. Only one of you can claim a bonus each time there is a new one and you can't enjoy the refer a friend bonus.Maybe ask , to confirm :DPs. What do you mean with "Sponsor my girlfriend"? There is no feature on unibet that allows you to transfer money, and cash dumping is illegal. Or do you just mean by putting money on her account with a credit card or so? Then you can indeed sponsor her. I see now that the circumstances of ones birth are irrelevant... It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are. MarcoV
, good question 👍She's more than welcome to join Unibet, even though you're playing from the same IP sometimes :)As long as you're not playing the same SNG, MTT or any other table, it's all good :peace:I'm not sure what you mean about sponsoring - she needs to deposit and withdraw with her own credt card / bank details. Let me know if you're asking about something else than that.As the other guys already mentioned, it's not allowed to use the same bonus offers (welcome bonus, sportsbook offers, etc.). Magicadil
By sponsor I think he's referring to the 'refer a friend' promotion for the community. JillianP
I probably shouldn't ask, but what are the rules about being in the same MTT?We (husband and I) sometimes have, and I've been surprised that the software doesn't prevent us, even sometimes sits us on the same table. So if one of us cashes we could be disqualified?Must add, there's NO collusion, if anything we delight in trouncing each other :lovekiss: Just call me Mrs Kings :-)
Magicadil
Even if there's no collusion, no site allows two people from the same IP to be seated at the same table. (Or in the same torunament) The site won't notify you & you won't realize until they do 'fair play' checks during cashout. So it's best to immediately avoid that. MoreTBC
I'm pretty sure there was a time when Jamie Staples and Kevin Martin were on the same table in a MTT of PS on stream, using the same connection in the same house. I've seen them both in the Sunday Million too. If the server allows two connections from the same IP, you can't really then have random seating if you force them to never be on the same table. Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)
AndreiBN
For sure Unibet allows at least two connections from the same IP,because i remeber exactly when and her husband shared the same table with me as well,on a Community Freeroll Poker Tournament a few weeks ago. Vikingr
Why doesn't the site then just automatically seat people with the same IP at different cash tables since there is no table selection anyway, should be possible. As for MTTs just make it impossible to register to the same MTT. Kris-Unibet
Hi,Playing from the same IP is only blocked for SNGs, you can play from the same IP in MTTs and cash games.https://unibet.hs.llnwd.net/polopoly_fs/1.782280.1461751199!/menu/standard/file/Poker_Game_Rules1.7_EN2.pdfPoker is an individual (not a team) game. Any action or chat intended to help another player is unethical and is prohibited. Unethical play, such as soft-play (playing less aggressively against a partner) and chip dumping (intentionally losing chips to a partner), may result in penalties, including seizure of funds from the offender's account and/or termination of the account
