If it's a consistent crash on desktop, it's usually because your drivers are quite old and a simple update will fix it Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions. Whether it's then a local issue (for instance drivers) or you doing something in the client that very few do, I don't know. There is no known common crash issues at the moment (hand history can make client freeze), and I'm speaking to players on a daily basis + handling all contacts escalated from support, as we're a man short in the team. So far, all I've got to work with is "the client crashes", which I really can't do anything with 😞 at the very least, I'd need to know exact frequency, what you do when it happens, your system specs etc. (see the thread I linked to above).
