50€ Phase Tickets unused

Hey Guys,

 

I have 3 50€ Phase tickets from this last MTT series. The client does not offer any games I could use them in. Could they be transitioned into MTT or cash game tickets or anything else?

Hi @lovethisgame, your tickets will not be exchanged. They were generated to allow players the chance to play the phase tournament and nothing else.

You qualified for phase 2 of the €50 phase on 30/10. Knowing this, you then made the choice to play qualifiers on 12/11 and 15/11, trying to take advantage of overlay in those qualifiers, with no intention of re-entering the phase 1s. If you had no intention of playing any more phase 1s, you should not have entered the qualifiers.

Ticket can't be exchanged. It was specifically for the phase tournament.
