I cancelled an active bonus to activate the 10% rakeback offer and now it's gone?

Hi! I just got a 17 for 170 rakeback offer and I already had 2x5 euro bonuses that I bought earlier with points. I canceled one of them that was active so that I could work on the 17 euro one (thinking they would go to the back of the line) but now I can't find the 2x5 euro ones anywhere... are they gone? Can I get them back? Thanks.

@BBC I'll add the bonuses again. When you cancel one, it's indeed permanent 🙂

Thanks! Did you add both 5 eur bonuses, even the one I canceled? That's what my account says now.
