Csgo bet states loss but actually won ?

I've recently placed a csgo bet on Navi Vs faze, 

Map 3 Navi +2.5 rounds,

The bet says lost although the map went to overtime, 15-9 to Navi in a first to 16 match, 

 

Any help on how to get in contact and get this rectified?

Usually wrong settlements get corrected fairly soon, especially on popular events/sports.

The final result of 3rd map is 22:19 in favor of Faze, so the bet is lost

Had the bet been +2.5 anything over 14 rounds in the initial first to 16 should have won ? Might be mistaken but I was under the inclination that's how it worked.

Bet also still states in play even though it finished 6ish hours ago so I assume they're looking into it.

Looking at the sportsbook T&C, it does state that extra rounds are included on round handicaps on CS:GO, so based on that I'm afraid it doesn't look good for your bet and what  @JellyRoger said above seems to be correct
