  2. The final result of 3rd map is 22:19 in favor of Faze, so the bet is lost
  3. @Jami-UnibetIf I exchange that 10€ ticket to 5x2€ tickets by taking a part in tournament exchanger, can I use those tickets with no restriction?
  4. First of all, only stats presented on the Opta Stats page are being taken into account. On the match's page, the player appears as "Yuri", so my guess is that they wasnt sure or decided that he didnt take a part in this match
  5. Both, bonus and promotion from 14th of May. I already written in my first post that bonus and promotion was activated excatly at the same time. Im not talking about any other casino bonus. Bonus risk free bet (with returning as bonus in case of failure) was out of the blue, activated automatically and that was the thing, because support is sure that I did it by myself. I mentioned Goal Madness promo, to explain that it wasnt possible to sign up for promo and activate bonus at the same time. Although system shows two the same dates, so something went wrong.
  6. One day I signed up for "Goal Madness" promotion, but I didnt fulfil requirements. Not a big deal. Two days later, I realized some funds as bonus balance. I had no clue where it can come from, so I checked bonus section and there was "(1)" next to "Active bonuses" which indicates that there is one bonus ongoing. That was weird, because I didnt remember to activate any bonus. I went to "Active Bonus" page and instead of bonus description, there was information "Error occured". I reached out support through live chat and I was told that there is an issue with description displaying and they sent me all detail related to that bonus. Unfortunately, I wasnt aware of active bonus and placed a bet, the smallest valid bet, losing the chance to get max of that bonus. The bonus was great and I just "miss" it. I reached support again and asked, how it was possible to activate that bonus, when I have never heard about it. In return, I received information that I had to activate it and there is no issue from their side. Thats was only the beginning of lies and deceptions from the Unibet support side. I knew I didnt activate that bonus, but they keep saying that I did, so I began my own investigation. It turned out that, according to provided info from system, I signed up for "Goal Madness" promotion and activated bonus at the same time. Its not possible to click two buttons at once, so there was clearly something wrong. But support was keep saying that there was no issue. To sum up, they know that its not physically possible to click two buttons at the same time, but unibet support was sure that I activated promotion and bonus by myself. Is it ignorance or incompetence? Isnt my description indicator that something went wrong and its good reason to provide feedback to developers or such issue have low priority, its not worth to handle them and its better to keep saying that everything is ok? In my opinion, attitude of disregarding customers feedback is not congruent with prfessional approach to create and maintenance high quality software. After over week of battling, I received kind of compensation in form of free bet. But its value is way more lower that value of that bet and Im not satisfied with that. Whats more, they added that this kind of "gift" was related to lack of description and they still believe there was no issue.
