    Had the bet been +2.5 anything over 14 rounds in the initial first to 16 should have won ? Might be mistaken but I was under the inclination that's how it worked.

    I've recently placed a csgo bet on Navi Vs faze, Map 3 Navi +2.5 rounds, The bet says lost although the map went to overtime, 15-9 to Navi in a first to 16 match, Any help on how to get in contact and get this rectified?
