Deleting software/app and installing it again helps. But many players don't know about it. I helped many to fix it on our poker discord server. digidong Posted November 23, 2022 Share Posted November 23, 2022 To be honest in my case the mobile app is still useless after even reinstalling it. Getting white screen all the time. For desktop app I need to delete "assets" folder everytime I before I open the client and then it download them again and magically I can log in - it is the only real solution for me I have found so far... I think that some players, especially recreational, may not look there for information on how to deal with it, but instead they go to play elsewhere.
