Hey, about switching tickets possibly...I have 2x 1€ UOS tickets from HexaPro promo and it does not show any tournament where it is possible to used them, any idea?

10+ bullets already in and only some ridiculous spots right there including busting on very last hand before phase 1 ends having trips vs. trips on blinds...sick. I will probably try today in a turbo one just for fun but don't see it coming to be honest. Have fun guys.

To be exact I believe the tournament start date is taken into consideration so if you for example have played 15 MTTs during one session you cashed 5 of those which started one after another 🙂

Just a question regarding this World Cup's edition. Are those freerolls/flips going to run on non-matchdays? I mean 7th or 8th Dec for example. If I understood correctly we will not get the tickets if betting on these days, so I assusme there will be no freerolls/flips on these days as well. But it would be great to have it confirmed 🙂

But maybe it is just my sole perception as I saw we have some Unibet spokesperson-wannabees here (no offence 😉 ) defending your point of view that is not that urgent to fix. I am not working in the industry itself but I have some professional experience connected with lotteries, contests etc. and I am sure something like that would generate some consumer complaints if not even something more serious as it is clearly misleading even if it causes losing just one, two or three buy-ins. Nevertheless, all I can do in this circumstances is just not to take part in it or treat it as a pure gamble 😝

Well, it is up to you how you perceive it. In my opinion if the big banner says "jackpot must be hit within X:XX" and in fact this jackpot is already gone for 5, 10, 15 seconds or even longer (completing first hand after you see the jackpot is hit may take some time I believe), it is quite misleading. Especially in the last minutes/seconds as it raises your hopes to hit it which may encourage you to open as many tables as possible. This game is by design EV- if the jackpot is not guaranteed, even with this guarantee I am not sure if it can be beaten long-term given the basic multiplier is 1x. You refer to short term - even if it is affecting short term "only", it does not mean it is not a bit unfair towards the players.

BTW, almost binked it 😛 To be honest in the HU I should have made it but couple of bad decisions of mine connected with missing some luck took it from me. Well, Poland is not the best country to be from regarding this promotion as making it even through the group stage will be tough but fingers crossed even more now 🙂

Well, if the counter is low but still counting (like 0:15 left) and the user is unaware that jackpot is in fact already gone then in my opinion it is indeed encouraging heavily to open as many tables as possible and without that jackpot guarantee it is extremely EV-. What I see is for example 15 seconds left on the clock. Then I am thinking - hell, let's try to register for all the games that are going to be launched during these last 15 seconds! So after all I have like 8 tables open when in reality I did not have a chance to hit this guaranteed jackpot as it was hit for example when the clock was on 0:40 and the guys are just playing the first hand quite long. And of course given all the probabilities and general variance connected with HexaPro Extreme I end up a lot of buy-ins.

Sure, thanks for the answer and glad it up to change. I may only suspect it is not an easy fix. But you need to also take your consumer POV into consideration and until it is fixed many of your consumers (myself included) may feel a bit cheated. Don't get me wrong, it is a great promotion and of course no one is forced to take part in it. But especially when the countdown gets close to 0:00 it may encourage people to basically throw their money away (given the jackpot is in fact already gone).

To be honest in my case the mobile app is still useless after even reinstalling it. Getting white screen all the time. For desktop app I need to delete "assets" folder everytime I before I open the client and then it download them again and magically I can log in - it is the only real solution for me I have found so far...
