I recently won some free spins as part of the casino party promotion, however I had previously blocked myself from using the casino products until 8th September. I know free spins expire after a certain period of time and was wondering if I would still be able to use them after this date? And if not would it be possible to receive an extension?

This is something you will have to contact our CS for @Jimmyboy. Unfortunately I am not able to extend those kind of bonuses.

@Jami-UnibetTurns out the spins expired and CS weren't able to recredit them (although I'm sure I have seen free spins being credited to others on these forums). Any chance of some bonus points or something as an alternative? It's frustrating to lose out on £25 value!
