Place Terms and Non Runners

Hi,
Where do I find the place terms for enhanced EW races and especially the terms relating to how many runners are required for them to be valid? I see the standard list is in the 'Rules' page but there must be some more information somewhere and I can't see it!
For example, the 19:50 at Southwell was 16 runners and is now down to 15. The website and betting slip still say that EW is for 5 places but now I don't trust what the site says unless I can see the terms somewhere because a while ago I had the situation where I wasn't paid out on the 5th place (which was sad)
