Chromebook issue

Does anyone know how to get this app on a chromebook?

 

Anytime I go to download it in the google app store it says it's not compatible??

Where are you from? Maybe need change a dns or vpn?

Ireland and it's definitely not a dns or vpn issue. It's a system issue with Chromebooks because I've come across it with multiple apps in the app store.
