Not adding Chosen promotion

Hi,

I went for the £40 promotion where I would receive £40 back if the bet fails.

However, Unibet isn't showing this bet on website.
If it's no longer active, then can Unibet kindly refund my £40, no longer want to bet with the company if that is the case.

Hiya, sounds like you took the basic "riskfree" betting offer, where you get another bet if you lose the original?
Hm, what bet was that?
Bets don't usually disappear out of sight, but things can happen in the stupid online computer world :speechless:
