Not adding Chosen promotion

Hi,

I went for the £40 promotion where I would receive £40 back if the bet fails.

However, Unibet isn't showing this bet on website.
If it's no longer active, then can Unibet kindly refund my £40, no longer want to bet with the company if that is the case.
