Cash instead of ticket

Hey everyone, 

Last sunday because of servers problem during the supernova tournament (buy in 100€) , i was cretided of one supernova ticket so i would like to know  if its possible to get my buy in of 100€ back instead of thé supernova ticket?

HI @GIO333,

As you originally bought into the Supernova on the 14th with a ticket this was why you were refunded another ticket.

HI @GIO333,

As you originally bought into the Supernova on the 14th with a ticket this was why you were refunded another ticket.
