New payout on progressive bounty tournaments

Over the upcoming days you will find a different payout structure on the progressive bounty tournaments. To make the pay difference between the winner and the
runner-up a bit smaller, the 1st and 2nd place will be paid out quite simular in cash , heads up will be played for winning the bounties left.
We do this change because we don't beleive the reward of winning a tournament should be so much higher than being second, as it had been until now.

Hopefully the min.cashes would get increased by taking some % of the top 3.

The payouts in the bounties are the ones affected most by the big change in March2019. Reaching the final table just to get the buy-in back in >150 players tournament isn't rewarding at all, esp. when just few or no bounties are won.

I am glad to see such changes, the difference for the first and second place was really too big.
