Cash game ticket expired

Hello, Ive just logged on into the unibet poker client and see my 6€ Cash game ticket has expired.

I am probally just to late to refresh it. I know it's its a longshot but i have seen it happen in the past.

Is there a posibilty for me to get the ticket unexpired please? Thanks.

unfortunately it's not possible to re-activate a cash game ticket, once it's expires, it's gone.

I have added as a goodwill gesture a new one to your account. Please make sure to at least see one flop if you don't have time and it will automatically extend by a week.

Yeh, i was trying to do that by playing some hands each week to slowely unlock the ticket. I just seemed to forgot about it untill i saw it was expired.

I think i was just a day to late to refresh it.

Anyway man thank you very much for the kind gesture. :)

Same here. Both of my tickets expired yesterday. Is there a possibility to reactivate these tickets?

Unfortunately there is no option to re-activate a ticket, once it's expired, it's expired.

I have added 2 new tickets to your account, unfortunately you will have to start at zero again.
