I'm not a Sportsbook expert but at first glance it looks like you had a bonus and then accepted a new one, by doing that you cancelled (and confirmed it) your old bonus, since the bet was won through bonus money, it disappeared.
But as said, I'm not an expert when it comes to this.
You either have to be a little patient until the others get back to you or contact directly live chat through here

Click on your balance on the top right and then at the top click on show balance, you deactivated it, that's why it shows ???.
Regarding your balance right now, I can see that you have no cash balance. Did you maybe have a sportsbook/casino bonus active, then you would have money in your restricted balance + bonus money balance which can't be used for poker (only cash balance works for poker).

yes you can, but if you unregister after the 3 days have passed or the tournament gets cancelled, the ticket would expire automatically.
However, should that happens, we can re-add it again as goodwill gesture.

Thanks for reporting it, we are already aware of the issue and have created a ticket to get it fixed.

@gillardo  I understand the pay-outs but still, only the winning hand counts here, all losing hands don't play a role since there is only a main pot, no side pots.
I'm quite sure that since it's a flip all remaining spots are decided randomly, it is a lottery tournament after all.
Situations like this fortunately rarely happen as most of the flip tournaments run with a lot more players.
