Bet Settlement Rules

Where can I find Unibet's rules for how markets are settled - I've been looking all over for your Goal Scorer markets rules as you (I have found out to my cost) settle them completely differntly to all other bookies I have ever made this type of bet with?
- I never knew until this bad expereince there was not an industry standard on this / or the way any markets are settled!

I always belived the following (and how all other bookies I have made such bets with settle this type of bet):

FIRST GOALSCOER BETS

If player you bet on does not start game but is on bench = if goal is scored before he comes on - bet void. If he comes on and its still 0-0 or only been an OG (Own Goal) scored (as they don't count for this markets puropses) then bet stands.

ANYTIME GOALSCORER BETS

If player you bet on don't start game but is on bench and comes on at any time bet stands. If he plays no part in the match bet is void. 

So not this week but last week I was watching Championship highlights on Quest TV and punched the air when Britt Assombalonga came off the bench to score for Middlesborough. 

Only to log in later in week and find I'd not won my bet: :Angry:



Be nice if industty had standad way to settle bets but as I've now just realised they don't it would be nicer (and a great help) if you made it easy to look up rules for the way you settle any of your sports bet markets as I been going round in circles for an hour and can't find the rules for how this is settled by you - just got told in live chat when I quiried why my bet had not been settled as a winner was I told that's not how Unibet does Goalscorer markets and that you void any such bets if player don't start - wtf? 

Be nice if you made that clearer.... being you deviate from all other bookies I know of on the way you settle this market! ::Waterfall:
