Ticket balance not showing in Cash Balance

Hi.  I won a £10 ticket this morning.  Played some hold em and up to £32.  Left game and money still showing as ticket balance.  What do i have to play or do to turn this into cash?

I'm guessing play 300 flops?

@MJB1874, exactly you have to see 300 flops in order to clear the ticket.

Correct, thats the only way. However you dont need to rush, you have to a see only one flop to extend the expiry date.

Yeah, you have to participate in the hand postflop. There is no need to bet the flop you can also fold on the flop and it will count as a seen flop.

Just one thing i didnt understand. If he playes up to 30 $ for example when he reaches the 300 flops will he have 30$ in his account or only that 10$ won as a ticket?

Hi @Bryann ,

after completing a ticket (reaching the amount of flops you had to see), you will get the value of the ticket to your account, so if you start with a 10 EUR ticket and your value after you complete the requirements is 50 EUR, you will get 50 EUR added as cash to your account, we won't deduct the initial value of a ticket.
