I placed a £20 bet it's settled but I still haven't received my free bets???

Sorry to bring bad news, but I checked the offer and the reason you haven't received a Freebet is because Racing bets aren't included in the promotion, as they are placed on a seperate platform than the Sportsbook. It's written in the terms and conditions for the offer, that it has to be placed within the Sportsbook and that Racing bets are excluded. The offer is still active though should you wish to place a Sportsbook bet.

1) Eligibility to receive the bonus:

This offer is available to:

- Located in United Kingdom

2) How to claim the welcome offer:
- Opt-in to the bonus during registration and make a first-time deposit of at least £10 (£9.70 via the Paysafe payment method).
- *Place a sportsbook bet (except Racing) of £20+ or more at odds 3/5 (1.60) and once your bet is settled you will receive your free bets.
- Bets placed on enhanced odds, profit boosts, or special boosted odds of any kind will not trigger the bonus.

- If you decide to use your sportsbook bet on multiples, each leg of the multiple must be minimum odds of 3/5 (1.60) or greater.
- Your £20 casino bonus will be credited to your account the next working day after you make your first deposit.

3) Using your Free Bets:
