    Your account was unblocked indeed after the verification of the documents completed, all good on our side. The US is still off limits mostly, this being the reason that the block created in the first place. We are not allowed to operate there just yet.

    Our colleagues had a look at the documents sent and your ID was accepted straight away. The proof of address was declined though, it seems that the bank statement sent does not contain the address or contains another one that the one registered in your account. Would you be able to send us a statement which contains it? Feel free to upload it in the same place and we shall have a closer look at it.

    I see a deposit entering the account today at 14:01, is that the one that was missing? If not, we can certainly have a closer look at it for you. We would need a Bank Statement showing the missing transaction and it's reference number in order to do so. Let us know if you still need assistance in this and we'll get right on it :)

    Hi guys, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, the bets were settled absed on the terms below and unfortunately the settlements stand based on the rules our traders and us operate under. ( Section B.5.2 )
    "Settlement of bets will not include any changes deriving from and/or attributable to, but not limited to: disqualifications, penalisations, protests, sub judice results and/or successive changes to the official result after the event has been completed and a result has been announced, even preliminarily. For bets referring to competitions which span over more than 1 round/stage (E.g,:.Season Bets), only amendments effecting bets which settlement has not been decided yet will be taken into consideration. Such measures must be announced by the governing association before the last scheduled round/stage will be considered. Any changes effected after this date, or else referring to bets which have already been settled based on events happening during the event/competition will not be considered."

    Upon further checking your bet, our traders have informed us that the bet on Total Runs - Away Team at Fall of Wicket 1 for Over 60.5 was settled as VOID because there was a retirement on the opening batsman (Mohammad Shahzad †).

    Terms and Conditions of Section C.10.6 appky in this case:
    "In “Fall Of Next Wicket” betting should either batsman retire due to injury before a result has been determined all bets will be declared void. A result is deemed to have been determined if the Innings total has passed the Run total at which the bet was accepted. If a team declares or reaches their target, the total achieved by the batting team will be the result of the market. If a partnership is disrupted due to weather all bets will stand, unless there is no further play in the match. In such case all bets where a result has not been determined will be declared void"

    I can't seem to find any irregularities in your financial history like errors or such and I see that you did withdraw in the meantime. It could have been an error on the provider's side or an error at the bank it's self. Is this still something that needs fixing for you? Is there anything you'd like us to look into?

    Real sorry about the delay, there was a generic error that prevented the bonus to activate on the account. It's still being investigated but we have now added them manually to your account.     Hi @piabus, unfortunately yes, we stopped sending them but it's only Swedish players affected. This decision was taken in the light of the new Swedish regulation that stepped in on January 1st 2019. We are basically not allowed to offer bonuses. It is either an invitation to a completely free Freeroll or it's a no go I'm afraid. Apologies for the inconvenience caused, I wish there would be an alternative but at the moment this is what we are looking at.

    The Amazon Fire 7 runs a re-tooled version of the Android operating system called Fire OS and I'm afraid that the apps were not designed for that OP system since the demand is so low. Sorry about that as I realize this is an inconvenience for you none the less 😞.

    We had a look at your accounts and we are talking about 2 different Bonuses. 
    @Rainey1970 , the reason the Bonus wasn't added was because in the meantime you opted into a Casino offer, which canceled the Sportsbook offer. At Unibet 2 bonuses can't be active at the same time so if a bonus is not completed (wagering requirements) at the time you accept another bonus, one will cancel another. I've manually added you the lost amount as a goodwill gesture :)
    @Jamie8056 , you opted in a sportsbook offer in which Racing Bets are not included I'm afraid therefore the bet you placed did not register and you didn't receive the Bonus once it settled. I've manually released it for you now so you can make use of your welcome offer.
