for  3  years   now  when I login to  unibet  and go to sports   this appears,,,,,,,,,,A technical error has occurred. Please try again later.    for  how  long  can  a   technical  error  last   how  many  times   a  week  can it   happen  what  are  the odds  just  as well there  are  other  on line  bookmakers

Hi @pepe1, welcome to the Community.

Sorry to hear about the error encountered, does this appear when you log into your account via browser or is it one of the applications that are giving you trouble (Sports, Casino, Poker).? We can certainly have a closer look at this for you in exchange for a bit more information on the matter. :)

When  I  login  I   have ever only tried to enter sports  until just  now,   I  tried  all the other   headings  and it appears  something similiar  with bingo  which does not interest  me anyway.

Hi @sam5, welcome to the Community :)

The error is related to a security block that was on the account, it's usually related to VPN use. It's removed now, please make sure to switch off VPN when logging in if that's the case.

Hi @CallumSweeting, welcome to the Community :)

The "error" is caused by a security verification, to be more specific, there is a request on your account for a "Proof of Address" received by post. I'm afraid that in this case a PDF will not be accepted. What would constitute as a valid proof would be either a Bank statement received via post or picked up at the issuing branch or a Utility bill.

When I am currently logged in and unibet press on the sport heading, this brings me a homepage message with a "Technical error has occurred." Registered, later try again. Hi @Khey-12, apologies for the initial inconvenience first of all. I see there was a bet placed today on sports, that would mean that the issue was fixed in the meantime right? Please let us know if this persists on your side and we'll have a look. What we would need in this case is the complete specs of the device you are trying to access the site from. You can fond the details of your device in "Settings" under the "About" tab. A screenshot from there should be sufficient.

I have received the mail and I need to upload my ID at the section verification. The problem is that when I click on the verification it tells me that there is no problem at all and I can’t upload my ID. Can you please help me. Thanks

Hi @dd2, please feel free to respond to that e-mail with the pictures of the documents. What's requested is actually not your ID, but the ID of the account holder of the account ending in 7891 and a bank statement showing the deposits made to Unibet and the account holder's name. Let me know if you need any clarification over this request.

i have a similar problem already for weeks now. As well in The app as online. 

if you delete my account do i have again go throughout The verification proces and What about my value in my account? Do you have An easy solution. Thx

I saw that you solved this for other users earlier by deleting their profile and reffering to other site. But i dont want to lose everything in my profile. I have this on app and on website. Already installed app several times. Is already months now. Thx for your help.
