    I believe the issue might be tied to your browser, I am able to see the bets placed, transaction history, etc. Can you please try deleting cookies and cache and possibly try launching the platform from another browser/device?

    Hi @Jannisaries, The cashout option is not something that we can guarantee to be live the entire time of the match unfortunately and is made available at the provider's discretion. The reason the odds are grayed out is because they are suspended. There are chances that they will be reactivated at a later stage within the match tough.

    Hi @Uhdada, everything aside, I am sorry to hear that you're not enjoying your time with us anymore. We are not going to delete your post either, this has been raised and addressed before in the Community before and I'm sure it will be again at some point in time after this post.

    We did have a second look at the situation and there was indeed a delay in updating the score score at the time you placed your bet. We have also confirmed that the odds that you placed a bet on was still within market range, thus making the bet not voidable I'm afraid. Your bet was placed with odds of 2.35, while the correct odds should have been 2.63 and this small difference does not warrant the bet to be voided according to our traders.
     
    Now that being said, a slip up of this kind although as mentioned above as well, was within market range, is something that personally I would like to fix for the simple reason that we wouldn't like for you to leave with a bitter taste in your mouth because this inconvenient so I have added you the stake of the bet in Community Bonus Money to your account now as a goodwill gesture on our side. It has lower wagering requirements as a regular bonus as well. Good luck :)

    Although there is no way to know if you would have won the Jackpot, our team has decided to pay out the full amount of the Jackpot to your account in cash, they have investigated the spins and the chances of you winning it and have concluded that you indeed had a fairly good chance of winning.
