    Why i didn't receive my freebet ticket ?

    From 22/06/2021 to 26/07/2021 it is more than a month since Unibet Servers blocked my freebet in it and none seems to give a damn about my problem.
    I send it and received several messages to @Jami-Unibet and still nothing happened.
    I moved all my 400e+ to other poker platforms because i am not feel safe on Unibet anymore,i feel that if i will have any kind of a problem in the future none will care about it,i feel that Unibet Costumer Support Service are a dust and they are incapable to resolve Costumers problems fast,  at least in 5 working days like on others poker platforms where i play.
    In 12 years of play i never met something like this.
    Shame to Unibet Costumer Support Service, i really don't know why are they paid for really, to do nothing ?

    @FreedoM i contacted live chat now and they have no clue about my problem.
    Yesterday i logged in to my account , i verified that Bounce game ,he told me that my 9 answer was right and i have to bet 150 RON to receive 150 RON freebet ticket, i said ok and then i made that bet.
    But i receive nothing till now.
    Maybe @Jami-Unibet  , @Steve-Unibet , @Geoff-Unibet , @Shaun-Unibet and others can resolve this problem.

    I did'nt understund verry well that "on the event that was closed" , it is verry tricky,Unibet should try to do something to change that kind of promo's let it there another 32 hours after matches are over without any specified info's as some traps for people who are not verry familiarly on betting like me.

    Unibet is a verry important company in this gambling world to let traps there for noobs like me,lucky me that it was an winner bet,i'm a lucky noob,lol.
