Makes sense, thanks, I found those hands too thanks to your message
So I guess this is just a (harmless) visual bug -
Hi, wondering if the rebuy with this transaction ID can be checked: 427776173
I rebought at that table for ~25.5BB and then was disconnected. When I reconnected, my table displayed +25.xxBB for a long time, but the money was never re-added to the table balance. I clicked rebuy again after a while (which was for a small amount) and that then worked.
I don't know whether this was a graphical issue or whether money was actually taken without the rebuy being processed. Thanks for your time

I know I'm two months late, but here's my first ever one of these 😄

You can't download hand histories if that's what you were looking for, so I guess PT isn't very useful with Unibet 😕
-
You should try to relax, because they do always sort these things out eventually (for me it was quickest after I came to this forum actually), it sometimes does take a very long time but you do get the money

Hi, I am curious about the bonuses that I get offered to my Unibet account, for example this one, which I like the sound of because it has no wagering requirement:
Currently I have the welcome poker bonus and I'm still working on the playthrough bonus part of that.
If I accept these non-poker bonuses, will I lose my playthrough bonus because of a one bonus at a time rule? Or can I accept these freely and keep my playthrough bonus? Thanks

Hey, how do I download the hand history? I tried to use this page https://www.unibet.com/2.98541/products/poker/poker-history#:~:text=Fast Poker Hand History, histories' in the Settings panel. but it looks like the info is outdated.

Hi @Stubbe-UnibetI DM'd you the logfile.
I don't constantly check my ping while I'm playing. But I can use my browser etc fine while I am disconnected from the Poker client. (And nothing is slow.) Next time I can specifically check if my ping has got worse while the client has me disconnected but for sure I am still at least online.

Hello, recently a couple of times I've been disconnected from the client a couple of times, and by the time I reconnect my hands are mostly auto folded. This is not because of any internet troubles on my end, my internet is always fine when this happens, so it seems to be on Unibet's end.
I am curious about a couple of things here.
- Are there any server troubles right now/have other people had this problem?
- What happens if this causes me to lose money? As of yet, this hasn't happened during a large hand (the only somewhat significant hand it has happened on, I was on a draw, so I don't know what would have happened). But I am curious whether I have any recourse if this does happen. If it is a problem with the internet on the user's side, I understand that it's perfectly reasonable that they don't get any compensation, but if it's on the server and not my fault that seems different to me. So, I'd like to know the policy on this.

Hi, I saw some contradictory answers to this so I made this to get up to date information.
I am a UK player and I'll be travelling to Romania for a couple of weeks and I'll be visiting again a lot probably. I want to play while I'm in Romania but I won't be able to have a permanent address there. Can I play using this account?

Thanks, I thought I had seen this kind of behaviour before but it was me misremembering, that puts my mind at rest about it.
The thing about x1.1875 constant multiplier is not true any more then I guess? That was mainly what made me dismiss this explanation. I see euros have dropped 0.015 ish today so it makes sense. Cheers

Hi, wasn't sure exactly which forum to put this in, sorry if it's more appropriate somewhere else.
This morning I ended a session with 584 euros in my bankroll (I only play Poker on here) - it was exactly 584.00. I logged on now to find 579.80. I checked my history to make sure somebody else hadn't accessed my account etc, no more hands have been played since the last session.
I am going to say I'm certain this is not a case of me misremembering the balance. I am considering shot taking at 10NL and I was focusing very much on remembering how much I have before I get started. I thought it might be because of exchange rate differences but it seems like the client uses a constant x1.1875 multiplier, from this page https://www.unibet.co.uk/promotions/welcome-to-poker from GBP to EUR
Curious what is going on.

Thanks very much @Jami-Unibet
I don't know whether you can make it so my account can send messages but I'm happy to discuss this privately if you can. -
Hi, I'm having trouble with the KYC process and customer support. I need to prove my address, and I'm sending in exemplary bank statements that were posted, signed and stamped, and they got rejected with no reason. I was told to upload a different document, so I uploaded a different statement but this one is just the same for a different month so I don't understand how the outcome is going to be any different, I will just end up waiting 5-7 days again and then likely get it rejected and no helpful response or reason.
My experience trying to get this sorted with Live Chat just results in going round in circles. I get told to send in a different document, then if I say what I said above, get asked if I can send in a different type of document such as tax return, police document... I don't have these. Then if I say that, it's back to what I said before about the bank statement.
I am pleading for some help from someone on here, such as @Jami-Unibet, since I've seen that the support team that look at this forum seem to have been very helpful in other threads, and hopefully you can help me sort this out, either by getting me approved if I should be or telling me what the problem is and giving me advice on how to fix it. The board doesn't allow me to send any messages in private right now (says I can send 0 a day) so I'm posting here instead. But I'd like to discuss it in private so I can show the details of my case.
That £330 is being held while all this goes on is quite stressful, since perfect documents are being rejected and it makes me wonder when I will see the money again.
Thank you
Ben
PayPal withdrawals not available anymore and bank withdrawals don't work
in Deposit and Withdraw Help
Posted
Hi, I am trying to withdraw but I can't get it to work.
I used to deposit and withdraw with PayPal. Now I need to do it with bank transfer (it looks like PayPal option is gone in the UK now) but it doesn't work. When I try to withdraw by bank transfer, I get this error.
If I withdraw using the Trustly "Online banking" option, then when I submit the request it just loads the next page forever and doesn't move on.
