Hey @XY , Thanks for your nice words. The thing with tennis, at least in my case, is that you have to always be up to date regarding the players.I'm not a guy that follows statistics a lot, i get a few info from them , but it's just a small percentage about my final decision when it comes to a match. Maybe it's doesn't sound really reliable, but my gut feeling plays a big role when it comes to my picks. You always has to feel the player in a very short period , have to follow the most recent tournaments they are playing in , because it's so easy to notice huge changes in a player match even in a couple of weeks period. It's a lot to talk about it, and í'm planning to create something new from january 2018 , to explain much more and with many details about how i see tennis and my thiking about this sport. But to come back to your question, about betting strategy , it took me many years to learn how to have patience, which is the key word in betting , not only in tennis , but in general. I always tell my friends, whom im helping with betting to always keep it real and take it very easy. You can get lucky a few days , but if you don't know how to handle your bankroll, everything can go wrong in a blink of an eye. My betting is focusing more on live bets, cause the profits is higher and , from my point of view, more safe , but in order to place valueble live bets, you need a lot of time and for those who have a normal day job , it s kind of difficult to do it.And also, if your lifestyle doesn't give you a lot of free time to watch the sport that you are interested in betting into, your chances are really slim to make good profit in a long term . But , depending on your bankroll, as bigger it gets , it just makes your work easier every day. Cause your number of bets per day is decreasing , and you can really make a good profit and nice living by only placing max 4-5 bets per day. Lately, i much better like betting on matches with a bit higer odds ( 1.60 - 1.80 ) cause i consider them much more safe than the "sure" ones ( 1.30 and lower odds , which are extremly dangerous and the profit from them most of the time doesn't even worth taking this kind of risk ). And in this period, end of season, i prefer many times to go with the underdogs and most of the times you can get really nice value. But of course, you can have really bad days sometimes, when anything you do, it just goes wrong. So you have to learn to deal with bad beats and keep going, no matter what. Like i've said, i wanna develop much more on this kind of discussions , so hopefully starting next year, my plan will be on. Wish you best of luck with your bets in football , and feel free to create your football picks thread, as the guys here are very helpful and understanding and they will support you a lot , even when you have a bad day, so i always think , together we can make nice things here :) Couldn't agree more with you about everything you said.I see that your mindset is right and I am sure success will come. I learn all of that in a harder way especially when bankroll management is in the question. Just wanna ask you about that "8 matches rule".As I can see it is almost always 8 tips,is there something behind that or ... Best of luck ! Note: I hope you saw the promotion https://www.unibet.com/promotions/sportsbook-promotions/tennis-atp-finals-bettwenty-getfive
