  1. Hello @Kamon I will forward this to the man in charge
  2. Thanks @FeelsBadMan for your thoughtful writings, of course I have to explain how we ended up having a sick tournament as the €300. Because of yours and @Farseer inputs we might have even better schedule whenever we make UOS11. It's a balance of making the majority of our customers happy and having a great time at the tables, we can't be optimal for all, but we can give it a try. Thanks guys, and good luck with the remaining of the series.
  3. Hello @FeelsBadMan Thanks for you mail, I will try to break it down what happend. that day 1 could have been shorter (less levels), I know you nioticed the change we done lately where we used to run day one 26 levels and now gone over to do 27 levels on the first day, the reason for doing so is that before when we're running 26 levels it happend that we were closing day ones just a few placed from being in the money, 8 out of 10 times we would make the money within 26 levels but to please the load crowd I changed, and made day 1's 27 levels. So that's the reason for having 27 levels. We also changed day 1's from being 12 minutes to being 15 minutes, this made day one's 81 minutes longer, but made the BB avg much better. This time the "new DSO" had half the stack size (great change IMO) On this particullar tournament I wish we had more than the 15K in start stack and this tournament wouldn't been that awkward Personally, other than the weird day 1 day 2 split which seems like an honest mistake Not really a mistake, more like a effect of to little chips in play or to few entrances as in this €300 event 87+11 we're enough on a wierd playout like this. Normally, this tournament with this number of chips would be playing about 13 levels longer, 260 minutes, over 4 hours but due to how the players were busting out in rapid phase we had this strange situation. It's just sad that this happend, it's obviously not nice experience for the 2 players remaining in the tournament, the other 85 players were not affected , thankfully. I guess the money made for these players would make up for the sick circumstances. Also it probably would make sense to have lower events a bit faster, like for the 1€ event, don't think almost anyone would complain I 100% understand that argumentation, but the ideais that all three tournaments starting in the same "slot" should be mirroring eachother, so that all players would have the same feeling of "great tournament with super nice structure" , no matter if you a nano player, or if you a regular €100-player. Give the lower buyin players the same experience. Good or bad, I don't know but I think they are worth that "feeling" to. I know I know, his angry message didn't seem like it said all this, but deep down it really did Thanks for explaining Adrian, but I understood what @Farseer ment to :-) I solution after this experience is probably not to try to reach the money within day 1, probably just make the day 1's aprox 20 levels (105 minites) shorter and we have a day 2 where players will have an 1,5 hours play before reaching the money. After all, this was a extream ran-out tournament which ended on 2400-4800 but should normally been playing until aprox 12500-25000 I wish players, when they were in the money wasn't so eager to get it all in, they should enjoyed that tournament insted of pushing it 😃 expect shorter day 1's in the future. Thanks for sharing your experiences and thoughts :peace:
  4. @Farseer This 2-day event were exceptional when it comes to how it would run out, with the number of player this would, under normal circumstances been running for another 13 levels (260 minutes), as youi know, the length of a tournament with the same setup can vary alot in time. This was just sick.
  5. Hello @Russell81 Sorry for that typo, I hope you played it anyway and that you managed to get to day 2, 23 October 😃
  6. @Stubbe-Unibet @ReCorpH Hello @nightshopper , Unfortunately some tournaments in Ian's Seies that have added value aren't available for some countries. I hope you enjoy the mini series anyway
  7. Thanks for reporting @KenTouchMe It's sorted now /Leo
  8. @GN1991 They are extended now
  9. Don't miss the €1,000 added Halloween tournaments running on Saturday
  10. Hey Community Starting tomorrow we will do some small changes to the sibling tournaments "€4,000 Neptune Rebuy" €50 and €25 We had seen for quite some time that it's hard to have both starting due to to few players registered when the tournament start. With quite a few €50 tournaments starting between 19:00 - 19:30 I beleive it't better to push one forward for an hour, and pull back the €25 for one hour, they just swop place. There will also be some other tiny changes that regulars notice, but if you play for teh first time just a nice experience. Check it out, starts tomorrow
  11. Hey again @Pickleman I looked in to those two tournaments, you were right, very shot going into the money E102 only 11,5 avg and E101 9,3 avg The runtime of aprox 4 hours for these tournaments starting 20:30 cet was perfect, I find a way to sort that to next time. Could the issue be players being to nitty, doing anything for reaching the money
  12. Hey @Pickleman , thanks alot for your thoughtful inputs, I will take those words with me going into next UOS series, I can just say without looking further, It sounds like it make perfectly sense. Cheers
  13. Hello @cris1285 I have replaced your ticket. In the future, please don't use Exchanger if you don't have time to use all tickets before expire date
  14. Will you flip yourself all the way to a UOS title? Wouldn't that be something 🆒 :cash:
  15. Thanks @Farseer The event is a €50 event, lovely to have you guys sometimes 😃
  16. Don't miss out on the upcoming special superqualifiers, for €1 you can win a €50 ticket. Please note that the ticket won in these qualifiers can only be used in UOS event mentioned in the name of the qualifier.
  17. @Greg @Pickleman Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I've been running these two, there is another one as well, daily omaha tournaments with ante structure as a test. I think both of you are pointing out problems with this kind of setup. I was not convinced this was a super good idea from the beginning, I'm glad you pointed this out so we can adjust back to how it should be. It will be changed back to normal tonight.
  18. @mamrot @Caladrias @Psycho79 @Hotzonicu OK guys, let's try it as PKO......you guys convinced me to do a try, I really hope you are correct and this change will make Boba fly, it starts tonight I will also change the €100 Boba to PKO
  19. This tournament haven't been the success that we're hoping for, so we decided to remove it from the schedule. Quite a few days per week it doesn't even start becaue of low interest, just gives a bad experience for those registered. With this, we beleive intrest will be higher on the remaining tournaments in taht buyin ranch, and we can increase guarantee on those. If you really liked the Boba Bounty, play it toight for the last time for now..... It might come back in another shape one day The Sunday €100 buyin Boba Bounty aern't effected at this moment
  20. @Pickleman what's your alias ? suprise on the way :-)
  21. @waffel I wanted it to be a game where you chase the bounties a bit more that going for the payout, adapt your game :-) Thanks for the advise though
  22. Hello @cameleonul you can just re-enter when you are out of chips, just like a new player coming to the table
  23. The daily €10 bounty tournament "€1,250 Space Madness Bounty" at 22:15CET has gone through a face lift with some changes to the setup. The new name will be "€2,000 Unidentified Object" , not just the setup is changed, we increase the guarantee quite distinct. Try it out and let me know what you think!! It will run first time on Wednesday!
  24. From tomorow the superqualifiers for Neptune will start 10 min earlier, and the main tournaments will start 10 minute later., meaning 19:20 & 20:20 This is done so we're sure the superqualifiers are done before the main tournament starts.
