  1. This has happened to me numerous times now. I log in to Unibet and load up cash game tables. The client then just logs me out. I log back in and I have no bankroll and there are no cash games. This is just really annoying and frustrating and after numerous log in attempts with the same result I just end up going to Pokerstars to play Zoom instead.

  2. @Leo-Unibet

I would just like to give some feedback and thoughts regarding the Supernova satellite tree or lack of a solid structured one imo.

I feel like there is no clear or at least sensible path for a microstakes player to Unibet's flagship poker tournament. If I filter my lobby for games less than 5 euros I get this dismal offering

One 5 euro game and some flips.

A single 5 euro game is poor and even then it's a R/A which potentially makes it a 15 euro game. This is just too high an entry point for a microstakes player. There are generic sattys yes but even then not really a huge amount of qualifiers to a 10 euro ticket. I can see just 2 games where you can win such a ticket between now and midnight for example.

Why isn't there any Supernova satellite games for micro players who actually want to play some poker and work their way to a big tournament? Flips just don't appeal to a lot of players. Sure, keep them for those that want to punt but the system also needs some actual Supernova satellite games at the microstakes level. I would also highlight these games a different colour, make them look special and stand out! A path to something big.

This will really provide a solid tree of 2-10-100 imo where you play actual poker on every level. Thanks.

  3. I used my last UK tour ticket on Saturday and I'm sad to say that I'll likely not be bothering with the satellite system anymore. The ticket exchange was an excellent way for me to play lots of satellites without burning a hole in my poker money.

I also don't see the point in playing satellites to events which have no date, venue or any sort of information which will let a recreational player like myself plan around work and family life.

It's a shame really because it was really unique that Unibet allowed this and was a big factor in me choosing to play on the site. Now I spend less time on the client and therefore play less games. I haven't got to be on the client to play that half 8 satty every night now because all the things that made me want to play it previously have gone now.

It really does seem that Unibet don't care as much about the tour as they used to, this is evident in the fact that we are nearly at February and those of us who have won packages still have no schedule. I remember speaking to David Pomroy about the it in Glasgow a couple of years ago and he was very passionate about a tour that was made for the recreational player.

  4. First time I have had a look at these exchanger "games" set up in the lobby and noticed with the UK tour tickets you can only break a 25e ticket into 1e tickets. You basically can't break down to the lower level buy in of 4 euros. You must have a 100e ticket to be able to break down to 4e tickets.

This is a bit frustrating for myself as I don't have a 100e ticket! I used to break my 25s down into 6x 4uk and 1x 1uk. I know this can't really be done with the new system but it's a bit of a pain. I want to play lots of the 4e games, not loads of 1s.
